Delete your Twelvy account

You can permanently delete your Twelvy account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

The fastest way: in the app

Open Twelvy and go to Settings.
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Type your username to confirm, then confirm again. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Don’t have the app installed?

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address associated with your Twelvy account and we’ll process your deletion:

Or write to privacy@twelvy.app.

Please send the request from the email address you used for Twelvy. We use this to verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your profile, username and account login
Your garage — vehicles, vehicle photos, and modifications
Your drives, recorded routes and drive photos
Your social data — follows, likes, comments and road ratings
Your notification settings and registered devices

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account afterwards.

What we keep, and for how long

Account & personal data	Deleted immediately when you confirm in the app; within 30 days for email requests.
Anonymous / aggregate data	Data that is not linked to you and cannot identify you (e.g. aggregate counts) may be retained.
